Chisago County Public Health is not currently offering the COVID-19 primary series.

Appointments are available for first dose and booster dose vaccinations across Minnesota.

Chisago County Public Health is currently offering the Moderna COVID-19 Bivalent Booster to individuals 18 years and older at our North Branch Health and Human Services building. Immunizations are by appointment. Call 651-213-5233 to schedule.
Pfizer & Moderna Recipients: Wait 2 months after the last dose of your primary series or most recent booster to get a bivalent booster.
Johnson & Johnson Recipients: Wait 2 months after your initial shot to get a booster
Testing
While supplies last Chisago County Residents can pickup free COVID-19 Home Testing Kits in Center City or North Branch as follows:

- Chisago County Health & Human Services Building
- 6133 402nd Street (front desk)
- North Branch, MN 55056
Testing Kits are free -- Limit two boxes per household -- Kits expire January 2023.

Beginning March 29, Minnesotans will be able to visit https://mn.gov/covid19/get-tested/index.jsp to request tests, with a maximum of 2 test kits, or 4 total tests, per household, while supplies last. Tests will be available starting on March 29 at 10 a.m., and will be available until supply has been exhausted.
Anyone can walk in or schedule an appointment for a test at one of the state’s free COVID-19 Community Testing Sites or find a testing option near them through the state’s Find Testing Locations map.
