Child Support


Child support is a financial obligation of a parent who is not living with their child. The Child Support Unit along with the county attorney can assist with:

  • Locating parents
  • Establishing paternity
  • Establishing or modifying orders for child support, medical support, and child care support
  • Enforcing support obligations
  • Collecting current and past-due support

You can apply whether or not you are on public assistance.


Ongoing Fee: For non-public assistance cases there is a 2% fee for payments processed
